Atlantic Quantum Innovations S.A.S. (hereinafter Atlantic QI), through its policy is committed to the protection and prevention of the health of workers, seeking to maintain their physical, mental and social integrity, through the identification of hazards, evaluation, assessment and control of risks, continuous improvement of processes and protection of the environment. All levels of Atlantic QI assume responsibility for promoting a healthy and safe work environment, complying with applicable legal requirements, linking stakeholders to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and allocating human, physical and financial requirements for health and safety management. The programs developed in Atlantic QI will be oriented towards the promotion of a preventive culture, the intervention of working conditions that may cause accidents or work-related illnesses, the control of absenteeism and the preparation for the control and attention of emergencies. All employees and contractors shall be responsible for complying with safety standards and procedures to perform safe and productive work. They will also be responsible for notifying in a timely manner all those conditions that may generate consequences and contingencies for employees and the Institution. This policy will be published and disseminated to all staff, for their participation and compliance.

Todos los niveles de Atlantic QI asumen la responsabilidad de promover un ambiente de trabajo sano y seguro, cumpliendo los requisitos legales aplicables, vinculando a las partes interesadas en el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y destinando los recursos humanos, físicos y financieros necesarios para la gestión de la salud y la seguridad.

Los programas desarrollados en Atlantic QI estarán orientados al fomento de una cultura preventiva, a la intervención de las condiciones de trabajo que puedan causar accidentes o enfermedades laborales, al control del ausentismo y a la preparación para control y atención de emergencias.

Todos los colaboradores y contratistas tendrán la responsabilidad de cumplir con las normas y procedimientos de seguridad, con el fin de realizar un trabajo seguro y productivo. Igualmente serán responsables de notificar oportunamente todas aquellas condiciones que puedan generar consecuencias y contingencias para los empleados y la Institución.

Esta política será publicada y difundida a todo el personal, para su participación y cumplimiento.
