Define the guidelines established by senior management regarding the mechanisms and strategies to be implemented to foster organizational innovation.

Develop efficient management of available resources and knowledge, while ensuring best practices are efficiently introduced, thereby achieving competitive advantages for the organization as well as benefits for shareholders, customers, employees, and other stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

4.<\/span>PRINCIPLES OF INNOVATION POLICY:<\/b><\/i>
Atlantic Quantum Innovations S.A.S., <\/b>In pursuit of the fulfillment of its corporate objectives, organizational values, and commitments made to clients, the present policy is issued to foster a culture of innovation within the organization, driving us to be leaders in the Contact Center and BPO Sector. The Innovation Policy is based on the following principles.

4.1.<\/b>Place the organization at the forefront of new technologies, practicing an \u201cinnovative culture\u201d and high performance that permeates the entire organization and develops motivating work environments that favor and reward the generation of ideas and innovative practices carried out by collaborators, accepting risk and recognizing creative contributions.

4.2.<\/b>Achieve innovations that promote sustainable growth and efficient resource management, contributing to the social and economic development of the environment in which the organization operates.

4.3.<\/b>Integrate innovation into all company training content through specific courses and programs for developing creativity-related skills.

4.4.<\/b>Implement, maintain, and improve an innovation management system that includes the establishment of annual goals and objectives within a continuous improvement process, managing the company's human and intellectual capital as true supports for the entire creative and innovative process.

4.5<\/b>Internally disseminate the generated knowledge, so that each collaborator knows the best practices applicable to their activity in the pursuit of efficiency and effectiveness in the organization's processes.
4.6<\/b>Protect the results of the innovation process by adequately and ethically managing intellectual property, which in any case will imply respect for the intellectual property rights of third parties.
